Of course you will because you’re doing physical activity. It just sounds like you’re taking breaks. You might want to shorten the breaks so that it becomes interval training which means you’ll lose more weight because you’re heart rate is going up and down which burns a significant amount of calories.
do you think its okay if i workout for a little then work out again in 10 or 15 mintues? like lets say i jog for 30 minutes then 15 minutes later i do 200 cruches and 40 jumping jacks then 5 minutes later i do 40 more jumping jacks? will i get any results working out this way?
